Gentle Spirit Yoga provides Trauma Center Trauma Sensitive Yoga, Yoga Therapy, Vibrational Sound Therapy, and Meditation Bead (Mala) practices to individuals, small groups, and community agencies. Our mission is to provide a compassionate, inclusive space where one can find hope, balance, and connection—body, mind, and spirit.

MEET THE FACILITATOR:


Shawn

Shawn Archer (she/her) is a Certified Yoga Therapist (CIAYT), 500-Hour Yoga Teacher, and Trauma Center–Trauma Sensitive Yoga Facilitator (TCTSY-F) with over 20 years of experience in counseling and trauma support.

She integrates yoga therapy, gentle movement, vibrational sound therapy, and meditation bead practices to create a compassionate space for healing, mindfulness, and inner balance.

Gentle Spirit Yoga Services include:

  • Trauma Center Trauma-Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY)

  • Individual Yoga Therapy

  • Yoga Therapy for Workplace Stress and Trauma

  • Meditation Bead Workshops

All services are available for individuals and small groups, either in-studio or online. We also partner with community agencies, yoga studios, and schools to bring these practices into broader settings.

Trauma Sensitive Yoga Sessions

Trauma Center Trauma Sensitive Yoga allows participants to restore their connection of mind and body and cultivate a sense of agency that is often compromised as a result of trauma.
